The front of the house is headed by Aric Sandoval. Aric has a
passion for service and over two decades of restaurant experience.
His enthusiasm for the business and understanding of customer
service makes him a driving force behind the success of Charcoal
Restaurant. If service is unsatisfactory or the atmosphere is
uncomfortable, patrons often forego a return visit. Aric and the
front of the house staff are committed to providing exceptional
service and a relaxing atmosphere. With his extensive history in
restaurants and hospitality, Aric brings a level of professionalism
that is unmatched.
The kitchen is headed by Executive Chef Patrik Landberg. In the
culinary world, he is developing a reputation as a serious,
passionate and world class chef. Patrik's long and impressive
cooking credientials include working in some of the world's finest
restaurants. Hailing from Sweden, the Continental European
Cuisine of Patrik is classic and refined. He brings Sweden's
reputation for brilliance in simplicity. In keeping with
Northern European tradition, the primary ingredient, whether meat,
seafood or vegetables, will always be the dominant flavor. Patrik
and his culinary team stray from over-saucing and excessive
garnishing of the food. The simplicity of his cooking is
deceptive. Technicial precision and an absolute mastery of the
ingredients is required. His personal commitment to excellence
makes Charcoal Restaurant an extraordinary dining experience.
Justin Thompson has over a decade of experience in the food and
beverage industry. Justin has been awarded Sommelier of the Month
on several occasions. His broad beverage experience vaults
our wine and beverage program to world class. Justin brings
an uncompromising level of service to Charcoal Restaurant.
